Layout

Ground Floor

As you step into the ground floor of the villa, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a 75” TV, a Playstation 3, two comfortable sofas, and a fireplace for the chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances ensuring a stress-free and self-catered holiday, and an island with 3 stools, while the center of the stage takes the grand dining table, seating up to 14 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and stunning views, and offer direct access to the expansive veranda. 

The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a WC. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a 32” TV, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a vanity with a mirror. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features a closet and a self-controlled A/C. 

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer. 

Bedroom 3: This master bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage tub for the ultimate relaxation. This bedroom also features a 32” TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, and a private balcony to enjoy the sweeping views of the sea. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00 m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features a self-controlled A/C, a vanity with a mirror, a closet, and a private balcony with seating. 

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor of the villa, you will find the vibrant playroom, a fitness area, and the three remaining bedrooms with direct access to the outdoor area.  

The playroom features a 65” HD TV, a PlayStation 4, a variety of board games, a foosball table as well as a pool table to enjoy all the fun! The fitness area gives you no choice but to maintain your routine, during your holiday. It features a treadmill, an elliptical machine, and a chest press.

The three remaining bedrooms on this floor each feature a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathrooms, closets, TVs, and self-controlled A/Cs. 

Outdoor Area

One of Villa Belle’s best features is its spacious outdoor area, stretching across more than 3 acres—perfect for families to relax, play, and spend quality time together. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and filled with colorful trees and flowers that create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're splashing in the pool, sharing meals under the shaded pergola, or roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. With plenty of space to unwind and play, the outdoor area is designed to make your family holiday as fun and comfortable as possible. More specifically: 

-A stunning 70 sq.m. private infinity pool, 1.4m deep, with a waterfall. The pool can be heated on request for an extra daily fee.

-Children's free-shaped pool (38 sq.m, 0.7m deep) is perfect for kids. 

-A charming wood-burning fire pit offers a cozy evening gathering spot.

-The pool area is equipped with 5 built-in sun beds, 2 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, 2 gazebos with double beds, and an outdoor shower. 

-Soak in a 6-person hot tub with breathtaking views. Next to it, there's a shaded bar area with an outdoor sink, four stools, and a built-in sofa.

-A spacious, shaded lounge area features a large corner sofa and two coffee tables, ideal for relaxing while enjoying panoramic views.

-Fully equipped BBQ area with, a gas BBQ, wood-burning oven, two gas hobs, fridge, and sink. Dine al fresco at the large table under a pergola, seating up to 14 guests.

-A multi-sport field is available for volleyball, tennis, basketball, and soccer. There's also mini-golf and ping pong for more family fun.

-A shaded play area near the pool includes a trampoline, swings, and toys. Lawn areas offer extra space for kids to explore safely.

-The entire outdoor space is fenced for safety and privacy. On-site parking is available for multiple cars.
