Layout

Ground Floor

As you step into the ground floor of the villa, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a 75” TV, a Playstation 3, two comfortable sofas, and a fireplace for the chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances ensuring a stress-free and self-catered holiday, and an island with 3 stools, while the center of the stage takes the grand dining table, seating up to 14 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and stunning views, and offer direct access to the expansive veranda. 

The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a WC. 

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a 32” TV, a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and a vanity with a mirror. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features a closet and a self-controlled A/C. 

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer. 

Bedroom 3: This master bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a hydromassage tub for the ultimate relaxation. This bedroom also features a 32” TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, and a private balcony to enjoy the sweeping views of the sea. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features two single beds (0.90m x 2.00 m), which can be joined together to form a king (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features a self-controlled A/C, a vanity with a mirror, a closet, and a private balcony with seating. 

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor of the villa, you will find the vibrant playroom, a fitness area, and the three remaining bedrooms with direct access to the outdoor area.  

The playroom features a 65” HD TV, a PlayStation 4, a variety of board games, a foosball table as well as a pool table to enjoy all the fun! The fitness area gives you no choice but to maintain your routine, during your holiday. It features a treadmill, an elliptical machine, and a chest press.

The three remaining bedrooms on this floor each feature a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathrooms, closets, TVs, and self-controlled A/Cs.

-The pool area is equipped with 5 built-in sun beds, 2 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, 2 gazebos with double beds, and an outdoor shower. 

-Soak in a 6-person hot tub with breathtaking views. Next to it, there's a shaded bar area with an outdoor sink, four stools, and a built-in sofa.

-A spacious, shaded lounge area features a large corner sofa and two coffee tables, ideal for relaxing while enjoying panoramic views.

-Fully equipped BBQ area with, a gas BBQ, wood-burning oven, two gas hobs, fridge, and sink. Dine al fresco at the large table under a pergola, seating up to 14 guests.
